Sales Specialist

Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Sales Specialist to support our commercial activities across England and Wales. This is a field-based role suited for someone with solid hands-on experience selling medical devices to hospitals, clinics, or procurement bodies within the NHS or private sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our medical device portfolio to healthcare providers across your assigned region

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement managers, and key decision-makers

  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-servicing sessions in clinical settings

  • Collaborate with the sales manager and internal teams on market strategies and account growth

  • Maintain accurate customer records and reporting via CRM tools

  • Support regional events, trade shows, and training programs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience in England and Wales (essential)

  • Strong knowledge of local healthcare procurement procedures

  • Existing relationships within NHS Trusts or private hospitals is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or business preferred

  • Self-motivated, organized, and confident in working independently in the field

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally

Sales Director

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director to lead our UK business development and sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and leading high-impact commercial initiatives in the medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement national sales strategies to expand our UK market share

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, with clear performance metrics

  • Establish strong relationships with hospital procurement teams, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders

  • Oversee tender submissions, pricing strategies, and distributor negotiations

  • Collaborate with marketing and regulatory teams to align commercial and compliance objectives

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and revenue forecasts to executive management

  • Identify and launch new business lines and partnerships in the surgical devices field

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience (15+ years) in sales, marketing, or commercial management in the medical devices or healthcare industry

  • Strong knowledge of the UK and/or EMEA healthcare markets

  • Background in medical, biomedical, or life sciences preferred

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification desirable

  • Demonstrated success in launching new markets or product portfolios

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
