Business Development Manager

Location: United Kingdom (with international exposure across Europe & Middle East)

 

The Role

We are seeking a senior-level Business Development Manager with both medical and commercial expertise to lead growth strategy and business development across the UK and Middle East. This role requires a proven leader with deep knowledge of medical devices, tender management, and cross-border healthcare operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies across UK and Middle Eastern healthcare markets.

  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with hospitals, distributors, and multinational manufacturers.

  • Lead tender participation, NHS engagement, and Middle Eastern procurement processes.

  • Provide executive-level guidance to business units, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and clinical affairs.

  • Represent the company at international medical congresses and industry exhibitions.

 

Requirements

  • 20+ years of leadership experience in the medical devices industry.

  • Strong medical background (degree in Medicine, Surgery, or related field).

  • Proven record in managerial roles within multinational medical device companies

  • Extensive experience across both the UK and Middle Eastern healthcare systems.

  • Bilingual fluency (English and another widely spoken business language, preferably Arabic).

  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable international business growth.

  • Strong professional networks with healthcare providers, regulators, and procurement bodies.

Sales Coordinator

Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom  

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our commercial operations in the UK and international markets. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales, logistics, regulatory, and business development teams to ensure seamless execution of day-to-day activities related to medical devices distribution, tenders, and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and client documentation

  • Manage communication with hospitals, distributors, and procurement teams

  • Assist in preparing tender submissions

  • Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and client requests

  • Track sales pipeline, reports, and CRM records

  • Liaise with logistics and regulatory teams on product availability and compliance

  • Schedule client meetings, demos, and exhibitions

  • Maintain database of clients, pricing, and product registrations

  • Support marketing materials, presentations, and event coordination

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales support

  • Strong coordination and administrative skills

  • Experience with tenders, quotations, or distributor communication is an advantage

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Work with cross-functional teams

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and deadline-driven

 

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with NHS, private hospitals, or Middle East healthcare clients

  • Familiarity with importation, delivery schedules, and product documentation

  • Ability to support senior management with reporting and follow-ups
